Ann has now moved to Wiltshire and will eventually, builders willing, have a new studio and workshop up and running by early Spring 2008. She will be issuing the new workshop programme sometime before Christmas so now is the time to get on the mailing list.

New book
The latest book from the Society of Botanical Artists is now out, it is called ‘A Botanical Palette’ and it is published by Harper Collins. Ann has done 2 chapters of this book, one on yellow, one on green. If you click on ‘Articles’ you can see the yellow step – by – step demonstration (coming soon!).
Following on this Ann has been asked by Harper Collins to write a book illustrating her techniques with colour pencils. This book will be published in May 2009 and will be called ‘Botanical painting with colour pencils’.
Ann is just completing 4 new designs to be used for pasta dishes, salad bowls and oil pourers. This range should be available from spring 2008. The first series of six designs for Jersey Pottery are selling very well and have been taken-up by a store in Texas. In this country they can be ordered online directly, or they can be seen at the Royal Botanical Gardens; Kew , Gift Shop; Harrods, Fortnum and Mason and many other gift shops.

Ann has produced an edition for her Collectors Series entitled 'Parasol Trio' ( Lepiota procera). The original of this picture was purchased recently by the Royal Horticultural Society for their prestigious Lindley Collection and has been on display at the RHS library in Vincent Square.
